Will this hold a dozen Oreos

Yes,I would say it would. The boxes are about the size of a Kleenex box, a little shorter but a little wider. I hope this helps.

Will this hold water 2 water bottles and some snacks?

Dear Jennifer, thank you for your interest and your question. I tried it myself with two 16.9 oz/50cl bottles, they are 8" tall and is 2.5" in diameter, and this would fit in the boxes. However, it depends what kind of snacks you want to add, because there's not much room left. A couple of bars would fit, a bag of chips would be a challenge! Another thing I would like to add is that while the boxes are of high quality and quite sturdy, I would question if they are the best solution for holding water bottles. Be sure that you can always order and check for yourself, if it's not suiting your needs you can return them for a full refund!I hope this helps. All the best!LauraMyPresentForYou

Do I have to use the bow? Is that diagonal line part of the box?

You don't have to use the bows. I didn't. I found them to be too short. The diagonal line that you see is part of the bow.

Will this hold a wine glass?

Yes it will. I looked everywhere for a box to fit wine glasses and finally found these. They work great.
