1000W Electric Immersion Heater, Bucket Water Heater with 304 Stainless-Steel Guard, Submersible Bucket Heater with Thermostat and Auto Shutoff, Heats 5 Gallons Water in Minutes

I use this little guy in my ceramics studio to heat the water in a parts machine washer that I use as a clay sink. It heats up the water quickly and and doesn't seem to be bothered by the clay sediment. This keeps me from having to stick my hands in and wash my clay tools with gross cold water. Not the advertised use for this heater, but it works great. I unplug it when not in use.

Good price and simple and safe to use. Heated the water to a hot level that it needed to cool. Used with other items for a portable baptism tank for our church.

This heater has been by the best one we have used. Easy to use. We have used other, this one is the best. Has better heating capacities. Easy to throw into camping gear for shower. The coded length is pretty long making it easier to use. It was a little more than the others we have but definitely worth it, great value for the money.

I had read that you could heat a small swimming pool or as some say paddle pool with this heater, it even showed the pool I was trying to heat in the advertising. Ok, so my grandkids were not fond of playing as swimming in this size pool with 4 kids is impossible in cold water. One thing I had read was to use black garbage bags on the surface of the water 💦 when the sun was shining. I tried that, and it did warm it up some, but only on the surface. Once the water was stirred up it was cold 🥶 again. So back online for more suggestions I went. This heater was rated well for heating up a pool so I tried it, it wasn’t really expensive. We got 2 saw horses and a stick and laid it across the middle of the pool. It did start to heat it put kept shutting off. We think 🤔 it wasn’t meant to be used with an extension cord. I then tried it in a bucket 🪣 and plugged it into an outdoor outlet and it did heat up the water in the 5 gallon bucket, but not in minutes. So what to do. I suppose maybe next year I could use the black garbage bags and the heater with multiple buckets and see if that doesn’t ruin my back as I am 61 years old grandma, trying to make summer fun for the grandkids. Or maybe 🤔 they will have to toughen up and swim in the cold water like I did when I had swimmingly lessons at our town pond in central Wisconsin at the end of May right after the ice melted. We would come out of the water blue, but I got as far as Junior Life Saving and I could save someone that was drowning if I had to. I think it would work if maybe I invest in a better extension cord or put the pool on my deck that is the same size as the pool because that’s where the outlet is or maybe just take them to the lake or local swimming pool when this pandemic is done, when ever that will be. This worked great for a while probably 40 hours then an electrical fire started.

30 min in home depot bucket to hot to put my feet in.wow Only used 1 time but wow great job.

Works great, been using this for two winters heating water in a 5 gallon pail, ice cold to shower temp in five minutes

Unit work great for about a week then rusted through at weld joints and now trips gfi. Returned, do not recommend. Found higher quality one with thermostat control that so far is working great the last two weeks.

I put it into the hot tub last winter to power up the hot tub when it turn it on. Helps the hot tub get hot faster. Does its job perfectly, and seems to be of very good quality. I recommend this product.
