15ml Blocked Nose Spray

Very effective and perhaps less prone to cause Rhinitis medicamentosa (rebound congestion) . Spotted the product in the UK at the Piccadilly Station when I incurred sinus congestion on vacation. I have since bought several bottles on Amazon. A product worth trying.

It's superior to Oxymetazoline. Works much faster, with a much stronger effect, and lasts nearly as long.

Clears nasal passages so I can breathe for a long period of time just dont use longer than 1 week or stops working good

Effective! A must when fighting a cold.

This spray is great. Opened my nose immediately and I have very bad sinuses.

I literally live by this stuff. Only reason I take away a star is because I can get it for £3.99 in the UK, so I usually have my friend bring it but she forgot this time. It’s definitely too expensive for what it is, but I am crazy so I am willing to spend it. Super easy to use, tastes terrible but goes away with a swig of water. Works super well, within just a couple of minutes.

I’m willing to pay more for Sudafed with xylometazoline as the active ingredient. From what I’ve read, it carries a lower risk of systemic side effects in children compared to oxymetazoline, which is in a lot of U.S. nasal sprays. Oxymetazoline has been linked to reactions like agitation, sedation, and hallucinations in kids, so I prefer to avoid it. One small con: Harder to find and pricier than standard options, but peace of mind is worth it. Approx 1/2 oz bottle (15 ml)

Works like most nasal sprays do.

very good

I've tried quite a few nasal sprays over the years, and this is the only one that consistently works for me. When I'm really bunged up and struggling to breathe through my nose, it clears the congestion quickly and makes a noticeable difference. It's especially helpful at night, as it allows me to breathe properly and get a good night's sleep instead of constantly waking up feeling blocked. I've found it to be reliable every time I've used it, and it's now a product I always like to keep in the house. Highly recommended if you're looking for something that actually does what it says.

This spray is an absolute life saver when you have a cold and can't breathe the second you lie down at night! Within a minute you can feel your sinuses open, it's incredible. The price on here was amazing, it's excellent value for money, and it's very easy to use - I've reached for it in the middle of the night and been able to use it in the dark. I 100% recommend, I didn't realise what a difference it makes until I tried it. I'm careful not to use longer than the recommended number of days because I think your body can become reliant on it but for short term use, 10/10.

Sudofed works! I ordered two bottles of this Sudofed for blocked nose as I used it previously and have found it to quickly unblock my nose, very effective, better than Beconase. I find that it keeps my nose clear for at least 6 hours, so ideal for pre-bedtime and whenever it is required. No worries about addictions or any nonsense like that either, a great product. The size is a good size and lasts a long time, it is very easy to use as per the instructions, and buying through Amazon is better value for money than the chemist.

Great product, one quick spray up each nostril and within a few seconds instant relief from a blocked nose . So easy to use no side effect , great value for money
