Question 1

Does this product come from A2 cassin cows?

Accepted Answer

Our colostrum is from A1 dairy cows.

Question 2

Is this pasteurized?

Accepted Answer

All dairy products for human consumption are REQUIRED BY LAW to be pasteurized, whether in the USA or New Zealand. If you found a non-pasteurized colostrum, it is either being sold illegally or they have pasteurized and are not disclosing it. Without pasteurization, dangerous bacteria and pathogens such as E-coli and salmonella can easily contaminate colostrum. It would be quite ironic if your colostrum put pathogens in your body instead of keeping them out. Pasteurization eliminates these pathogens completely, making it safe to children and adults to consume. We use flash pasteurization using high-tech equipment that does not denature the colostrum. How do we know? Our colostrum is third party tested to ensure the highest microbiological quality and IgG content.
