The content of book is perfect. Already in introduction there are explained the basic relation inside the empire. UPS is the worst transport company, especially in Czech Republic. They have severely damaged the parcel, one time even with content.

You might say that reading byzantine histories is something of a hobby for me; I've read many in the last decade. This particular compendium is an exceptional and delightful read. Having multiple authors write on each topic adds such depth and insight. Several writers go out of their way to refute outdated concepts with the best in new research. A must read!
