41862 Stainless Steel Grill Tube Burner

Excellent parts for Weber Spirit grill. Includes igniter that others leave out. Very easy installation with just two screwdrivers . All parts fit perfectly. Price was also very good. Stainless flavorizer parts should greatly outlast the porcelain ones.

Exact fit for our specific E310 model. Burner install took all of ten minutes and required no adjustment to the air mixture - hot blue flame out of box. All 3 burners fire up just like new. The flavorizer bars don't have the same cutouts as the originals but grill performance was 100%.

Fantastic and better than the original! I replaced my Weber Q200 single burner in 10 minutes....8 of which was wait time for the WD40 penetrating oil to loosen that single bolt that holds the burner and igniter! HINT: spray the WD 40, clean the grill with a scraper while you wait, spray again, a few sharp taps (not hard)...clean some more...then use your grill lighter stick to warm the bolt slightly and it is easier to remove because the aluminum expands more than the stainless bolt. Mine was the first time I replaced a burner and the grill is from 2013. Let the penetrating oil do the work for you. The burner fits easily and is so much better than the original because it has adequately sized hole and they go right up to the igniter. The igniter never worked on this grill and now I know it wasn't Florida dampness, it was inadequate gas supplied to the spark. This burner solved that and it fired right up (pretty surprising because the igniter is also a 2013 original part). Anyway, it's a gem of a replacement part, great design, perfect fit, invludes an extra bolt if needed and works like a charm. Replacex burner and cleaned grill, 8 minutes and cooked 8 porkchops and 4 chicken thighs- 20 minutes! Easy peasy!

Well-made parts. Seems like they improved a couple of features over the original parts that came with the grill. Instruction booklet gave easy to follow steps for removal of the old part and then installation of the new. It was about a 30 minute job. Also the flavorizer bars are nice, heavy, well-made. They should last. All in all, I'm extremely happy with this purchase! Highly recommend.

Very economical. I replaced my 3 burner 2002 genesis gold with these parts. Every thing fit and it works well. It does run quite hot as others have noted. The holes appear to be larger than the original. This enables the grille to reach full temp (>550F) in only a few minutes.

First thing: IGNORE the installation manual. It instructs you (in horrible English) to basically disassemble the grill. Just pay attention to the old burners as you remove them (maybe take some picts), watch the video above, and it’s a piece of cake. Only minor difficulty was threading the open front end of the burner tube over the gas valve behind the control knob. This was solved by just reaching under the front control panel and guiding the tube over the gas nozzle. Installed and fires up nicely; even flame from every opening. Way better than the old rusty burners. And one third the price of burners on the Weber site.

I purchased burners, flavorizer bars and an igniter replacement kit for a Weber Spirit II. All materials used by the supplier appear to be of high quality. The fit and finish of all of the components was outstanding. Everything fit exactly like the grill's original Weber parts. The new igniter system provides a rapid fire series of energetic sparks when the igniter button on the control panel is depressed, resulting in immediate ignition of the propane gas. The manufacturer also provided a well illustrated, clearly written set of instructions that made removal of the old parts and the replacement of the new ones very easy. I am not a craftsman but I was able to remove the old burners and flavorizer bars as well as the complete igniter system and install all of the new parts included with this kit in almost exactly 60 minutes. The 60 minutes includes time spent in cleaning out the interior of the grill and washing the exterior. When I was done, I was very pleased with how fast my "rebuilt" grill reached 450 degrees compared to the comparatively sluggish performance that I was experiencing with the badly worn burners I replaced. Good product fully deserving five stars!!

Made my Weber grill like new again. Very well made and shields are thick and heavy. Quick YouTube how to video made it simple. Took me all of 10 minutes to install.

Good, just like the old stuff only newer

Brennerrohr macht von außen einen wertigen Eindruck und ist auch recht schwer.Also kein dünnes Blech. Da ich meine alten Schrauben nicht mehr lösen konnte, musste ich das vordere Blech abnehmen um an die alten Brennerrohre zu kommen. Ist alles kein Hexenwerk wenn man in Ruhe darangeht. Nachdem die alte Rohre ausgebaut waren ließen sich die Neuen ohne Schwierigkeiten einbauen. Die Einstellung der Luftzufuhr, um ein schönes Flammenbild zu bekommen ist schnell gemacht ( mittlere Einstellung passt gut). Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Der Grill (Weber Spirit 210) hat jetzt wieder eine prima Hitzeentwicklung und das Grillen macht wieder richtig Spaß. Würde die Brennerrohre wiederkaufen.

Item arrived on time. I am very pleased withis replacement burner. I have an old Weber BBQ, it was not heating well, and the back side was barely hot enough. I presumed it was the valve or the nozzle, tried cleaning the old burner, no progress. But having read other reviews that said the new burner worked well decided to try, not really expecting much improvement. I was wrong, this burner fixed the problem 100%, the heat is now way better, and the back side as hot as the front. So now I have a "new " BBQ, working perfectly, at a fraction of the cost of a new BBQ .
