I have had this steamer for a couple weeks now and have been really impressed by how well it works to remove wrinkles from a variety of different fabrics/materials. So far I have tried it on my work shirts/pants, blazers, a few t shirts, and even my pillowcases. Happy to say that it has been a great experience all around and super easy to use, I was pleasantly surprised by how simple this steamer is to operate and the packaging was also great since it provided straightforward instructions and labeling to identify the purpose of each button/control on the steamer. Because my main reason for buying this steamer was for my work clothes, I am very satisfied by how fast and easy it is to get started. The heat up time is minimal which is especially convenient when I am getting ready and rushing out the door in the morning. Additionally, this steamer has been so reliable with no water leakage which is also great when in a rush. All in all, this has been a great addition for my work clothing and definitely worth it! Beyond work clothes, I have been impressed by this steamer across my other items, and expect that I will start using this more broadly across my wardrobe/linens. I feel like its the little things that can elevate the look and make everything more polished, so having this portably steamer to get wrinkles out on the fly helps me accomplish this with minimal effort or preparation on my end. Altogether, I think this is a high quality product with great value and highly recommend!

Love that it has the strong suction and makes steaming much faster and easier. It gets hot in about 30 seconds and feel like the water tank is sufficient for about 3 shirts. Overall very high quality and will work perfect when traveling

I have had used so many other steamers in the past and this one is by far the BEST steamer on the market. It steams delicate fabrics to the thick materials that are stubborn in seconds. You can use it two ways. It works like a normal steamer or you can hit the vacuum button and it does the work for you. It’s light weight, perfect size for travel, we took it to Hawaii. The value is worth every penny. I love it so much I purchased another.

If you know how to iron, you'll do it faster and better with a regular iron. If you don't know how to iron, then it's an excellent solution to get most of the wrinkles out. 4 stars as item works reasonably well, but in my opinion it takes time if you want a decent result. It is compact so ok for traveling (but still need a plug). Built seems good quality. Water capacity is ok for 1 full shirt if done with care. I’m returning the item as I know how to iron and I was looking for a quicker/easier solution, but after tried 3 shirts I realized I would have done a better job in half the time with traditional iron. Excellent product and I highly recommend this. I absolutely hate to iron, so I thought I would try this vacuum steamer. It was better than I can imagine. It got rid of the horrendous “bacon” collar and rolled up parts of my dress shirts that annoyed me. It was simple and very effective. I love the fact that you can iron while it’s hanging up without an ironing board. The only drawback is the water tank is small. This wasn’t a big issue for me since I used the vacuum function more than steamer.

I tried the steamer, and it works pretty well for the price it's at. It has a suction mode where it grips the clothes while steaming. I use that mode when I'm hanging the clothes on a hanger rather than on a ironing board. It works better than a iron in my opinion for clothing that you wanna just remove wrinkles from clothing. It has a detachable water reservoir which is really nice since it makes it really easy to fill water. Make sure you use water that isn't hard (has minerals in it), I use purified water from water bottles to prevent any of the tubes being clogged. Its small enough to travel, but it doesn't work globally since it is only 110V to 120V. The steam actually lasts for quite a while like around 20 mins for the whole reservoir.

Worked great for 1 year then it stopped heating up last night when I tried turning it on. Water was splashing through but no steam.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this garment steamer to others.
