First package arrived with no product in it. I straight away contacted seller and they sent me replacement one in the next 2 days. Customer support is superb. The product itself is very good. Leaves hair soft and adds volume. Has a strong rosemary smell to it which I don’t mind. It doesn’t smell bad.
