How do I get replacements?** A: My original casters bent within the first 3 days. I found a set of 4, each holds a capacity of 200 lbs, for a total of 800lbs. I overdrilled the holes and installed the new casters. Been working like a champ ever since. You can order new casters off of Amazon. **Q: How wide are the drawers? They're 15" deep.** A: The drawer demension is 11.8"(depth) x 6.0"(width) x 1.6"(Height). Thanks. **Q: Do the drawers lock?** A: No the drawers dont lock, but they stay closed tightlly. The product is top notch. I use it alot around my garage. **Q: How I put the wheels?** A: Insert the chrome inserts into the four holes. Insert the casters into the holes from bottom. The Chrome inserts have a 8 MM (I think) Hex head and the casters need a 13 MM open end wrench to screw them or hold them still while you turn the hex.
