Review: Good gun but very late delivery - I ordered this gun for my son. The gun is good and works fine so far. The only issue I had was with delivery. It took ages and this was out of the sellers control the issue was with Evri. I contacted Evri and they were very helpful and escalated the late delay. And contacted me daily with updates. Unfortunately the gun was very late for my sons birthday present so if you order order early just in case there are delays with the delivery companies.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it still have the same compatibility issue with larger magazines/clips? Apparently, the blaster would just shut down when more ammo is used.**
A: That was only when larger magazines were used back to back as fast as possible. Which is not practical unless you’re trying to shut it down. I have had no issues.

**Q: Does this come with the forward grip**
A: No. Its in the description, but mine did not come with the forward grip. And I've read others that did not get it either.

**Q: Can I just cut the thermistor out? I heard that the thermistor was hypersensitive.**
A: Once you remove the thermo-resister you can not use regular batteries. I cut mine out, and have to use the LiFePO 3.2V vs a AA 1.5V. If you only put 4 AA batteries in after removing the thermister, you have no power. However, if you use 4 3.2V batteries, you will almost certainly blow up the motors that push the darts out. The trick is to buy a couple "blank" AA batteries that only complete the circuit and allow you to run 2 or 3 3.2V batteries.

**Q: What type of batteries does it take?**
A: The Nerf Stryfe requires 4 AA batteries to operate! "It's Nerf or Nothin'!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A motorized gun to rule them all
*by F***G on 29 October 2019*

WOW. This is the best gun I have ever used before. I didn't know it needed new batteries so it was very slow at first. But with new batteries it was almost rapid fire. I know that it has a thermister of whatever it's called. All I know about it is that it can short circuit the motor if the batteries are too powerful. But I found that energizer ultra batteries work like a charm. The gun is lightweight and the motor isn't as pound as my hera. But it needs a bigger may to be a REAL threat. A 18 darts may works dandy. But overall this almost rapid fire gun is near to the ideal nerf gun 10/100
