Works wonders. Especially after knee surgery, the calf & leg muscles were very painful. Had lots of sleepless night. On first application it worked & had a sound sleep.

Works better than other sprays in the market
Very convenient to use and absorbs well without leaving a sticky residue. I use it after workouts or when I feel muscle stiffness, and it provides quick relief. The spray format makes application super easy.

Not sure it works for aleep
Magnesium oil was recommended on a shopping web site as absolutely great for deep sleep. Not only did it not work for me, sleep-wise, I also found the oily spray messy and had to resort to first spraying into my palms and then applying on my arms (though it is recommended to apply it on the soles of feet, I didn’t want to slip). I’m giving it three stars because I did sleep well, just not sure it was any better than usual.
