Exquisite taste and definitely worth a try for coffee lovers and food adventurers.
I am a coffee lover who will settle for the everyday brew, but when I get a chance, I love to try new and wonderful coffees from around the world. For many, drinking coffee that comes from beans that have been "processed" through the digestive system of a small animal sounds foul. This is merely ethnocentricism, which tends to prevent people from experiencing world cultures. I recently bought some beans from Kaya Kopi and made some coffee here at home. I followed the detailed instructions and made it traditional style. It is rich and somewhat sweet and the berry notes really come through. It is a taste experience like no other, and it truly took me back to the moment when I tried Luwak for the first time in Bali, Indonesia. For those seeking a taste experience from another part of the world, I urge you to try this coffee! Furthermore, Kaya Kopi's packaging is professional and minimal and the package came quickly.

Wonderfully Smooth Coffee
Wasn't sure what to expect, but have been wanting to try some for a long time. I bought my father-in-law a bag for Christmas and he loved it, so I bought one for myself. WOW! That's all I can say. Nothing like any other coffee you have ever had. No bitterness and very low acidity so it doesn't bother my wife's sensitive stomach. I recommend using a French press. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some Kaya Kopi Luwak today!

Really enjoyed this coffee!
I first learned the amazing story of civets and their tie to coffee while playing a game of “Poop Bingo” with the family on Christmas Day. My interest was piqued and the order for Kaya Kopi Coffee was placed. Our package arrived on time and my son in law and I had a great time tasting the coffee both as an “instant” and in the coffee machine. It had a stronger taste than the coffee we are used to, but the enhanced flavor was enjoyable and not “too much,” just different. We both agreed that we’d order some more and use it in a variety of ways. Calista Bestor

Not Tasty
Purchased the 0.88 ounce. Ground down, I was able to make 3 cups. It was bitter and nothing special whatsoever. I don’t understand the hype and definitely not worth the money. I’ve had so many other better coffee brands than this. I recommend starting with a small quantity like myself if you’re reading all the glowing reviews but are on the fence after reading mine (similar others to mine).

Surprisingly delicious.
This coffee was wonderful! Kopi Luwak is something I’ve always wanted to try to but never had the guts to buy. With the recent purchase of a new French press, however, I figured the perfect way to break it in was to try some classy coffee to go with it. The Kopi Luwak came in very nice packaging, with a couple leaflets giving information about the Kopi Luwak coffee beans. This only increased my excitement to finally sip scrumptious juices of my pre digested coffee. Once I actualled brewed the coffee and tasted it, I was blown away. It was delicious. It was unique. It was bold. A wonderful cup of coffee. If you’re scared by the price, consider this. You can easily pay $10 for a cup of crappy coffee from Starbucks. So why not instead pay $10 for a premium cup of the rarest coffee in the world?

serious product, OK taste
I like how the company takes its product seriously. the package comes with a nice sealed bag and an "authenticity guaranteed" card, as well as some description of how the coffee is made. I like the fruity and chocolatey smell of the beans. However, I was not very impressed by the taste, which is rather pale. In all fairness, it could be because 10g of beans is too little (I did reduce the amount of water though). I am willing to get it another try with more beans next time.

Truly is a great coffee
As the site says, dont add cream or sugar. Very smooth coffee. Not strong. Kinda like on the breakfast blend level of coffee. I would certainly drink it daily if it wasnt so expensive. I can understand the pricing.. Kitties can only poop so much in a day. LOL Get past the idea of it being poop and try it. It truly is a delicious coffee.
