After a year or so of having my original steamer, an interior screw or something came loose and inhibited the function of the item. I had loved using it and was quite sad it had stopped working properly. The customer service team at Jack & Rose worked very quickly to resolve my issue and provide replacement which was within their 2 year warranty. My replacement steamer is the same top notch quality, portability, speed and power as the first and I love it just as much as my original. The brand offers probably the best portable steamer on the market, with the unique functionality of steamer & iron, rotating head, packability, and international usage. The packaging is top tier and provides a satisfying and secure experience receiving the product. The amount of water it holds is substantial for a solid steaming session, but it’s easy to refill too if you need more water/time. If you are careful not to directly touch the metal plate or steam towards yourself, the rest of the steamer handle etc is safe and should never cause burns with proper use. I would recommend for the quality (I think my interior screw was a fluke flaw) and for the customer service and speed of reply and follow up care. I plan to keep using this brand for the rest of my life, realistically! I am thrilled with my Jack & Rose Travel Steamer and the customer service provided by Jaina. I purchased mine 1.5 years ago and used with no problems on the high steamer setting several times a week. I never have to iron anymore. I used to have a big steamer in my bedroom to steam my clothes for work, but it was clunky in my room. The handheld steamer is discreet and easy to use. The best part is that you can fill it with regular tap water and it heats up and puts out alot of steam quickly. The unit does not require all of the cleaning and maintenance that my big steamer needed. The steamer recently stopped working. I checked my Amazon order history and saw the 2 year warranty and an email address for Jack & Rose support. I sent an email and received a response within 24 hours from Jaina. She asked me to send a video of the steamer and quickly shipped out a replacement. I was only without my steamer for a few days. I love the product so much that I bought one for my sister for Christmas. I traveled to Italy and my steamer was one item that I was sure to make room for in my limited luggage. Highly recommend!

If you’re still on the fence about buying this I completely understand. Not all steamers are created equal, but this one is AMAZING! So amazing in fact, we own two and we’ve already “sold” two more to our friends. My husband originally bought one because he frequently travels for work, needs suits but likes to take only a carry on. So we grabbed this steamer because it’s small, compact and said it travels great. He called and said it worked great. Jump ahead a few months and we were both traveling to different spots but both needed the steamer so I bought another one to go in my carry on. While on my trip a friend needed to steam some of her clothes and used my steamer. Before I was even out of the shower she had already ordered one, lol. On a trip my husband had to take one of his colleagues needed to borrow his steamer for one of his suits and sure enough when he was done he ordered one! It’s so easy to use, also works great as an iron if needed. Gets all your wrinkles out and easily fits in your carry on. What else do you need? Order it! You’ll thank me later

I just got this Jack & Rose Press Iron Steamer, and tried it out on three shirts that were full on wrinkles. The shirts are a polyester blend, and the wrinkles fell right out using the steamer iron side while the shirt was still on the hanger. That was amazing. I tried using the steam pinch side and found it works best for edges and collars - if you are trying to do anything deeper into your garment, the fabric gets caught in the handle. However, the pinch side does great for creases and collars. When steam ironing the body of the shirt, it was necessary to use the glove provided to protect you from the heat... wear the glove on the hand behind the garment while your other hand controls the device. The iron does get very hot, and can cause burns if not used appropriately. Small children and unintelligent adult lifeforms (the kind that need the instructions written on their shampoo bottle) should not be left alone with this tool. The water reservoir only lasts for about a few minutes, enough to do one and a half if my large sized shirts. It may take more time to iron cotton or other fabrics that have wrinkles set in. This is so easy to use! There is an included pour cup provided to fill the water reservoir. It comes in handy. The water reservoir slide-pops out of the device rather easily - in fact it popped out once while I was using it. But I just popped it back in. I'd like to see a better locking mechanism for the reservoir in future models. The steam iron is great because it automatically switches from 110 to 240 volts, so all you need is a plug adapter while traveling where American style plugs do not fit. This comes with a bag for travel storage, glove, water pour cup, and an anti-scald base which provides a safe place to put the iron while waiting for it to cool down. You can set the iron for dry or steam, and select from various temperature levels. Without the box, the weight of this device in the bag, including its accessories, is 1.9 pounds according to my little scale. So think of it as adding 2 lbs to your luggage. My old tiny travel bug steam iron weighs less, but takes forever to use and requires an ironing board or the equivalent. The only reason I am not giving this five stars is because of (1) the weight, and (2) reservoir pops off too easily when in use. This Jack & Rose iron is high quality and is fast and easy to use. I cannot speak to durability yet, but recommend only bottled (preferably distilled) water to avoid mineral build-up, and that will help make it last longer.

Loveeee this steamer! I bought it for traveling and it honestly surprised me with how well it works. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles really easily. Super practical and compact perfect to take on trips.

It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
