Question 2

Are the energy results immediate?

Accepted Answer

Hi there,

This supplement was formulated by our in-house doctors to be a long term mitochondrial support supplement. It was not formulated to give you immediate results, but rather give you sustained, long term support. We recommend taking this supplement for at least 60 days in combination with a healthy diet, exercise, and a great sleep schedule. If you still don't feel the difference after that, we offer 100% money back guarantee. No questions asked.

Hope this helps!

Question 3

These have been recalled by the FDA, why are they still for sale?

Accepted Answer

Hi there,

No! Amazon incorrectly sent out emails telling customers that this product was recalled, but it most certainly was not. We had to get our lawyer to verify their mistake to get them to stop.

Worry not, this product is perfectly fine.

Thanks!

Question 4

Is their a 3rd party testing with this supplement and if so, where can we review the results?

Accepted Answer

Hi Matt,

First off, let me say all your questions are great questions to have. It’s great to hear from customers that are educated about the industry. It helps us learn more about what’s important to you, so we can do a better job at making our products genuinely the best.

So getting to your questions:

In regards to our sourcing practices, our R&D has a certified doctor on staff and is heavily involved with our manufacturers for EVERY PRODUCT to make sure the raw materials used meet whatever criteria we set in our formulas, from natural status to purity. We make sure we meet all these criteria before manufacturing ever begins.

Now, let me go into a bit of how we screen the manufacturers we consider working with and how we determine which manufacturers we feel safe working with. Hopefully, this will help give you an understanding of what we go through to make sure our manufacturers adhere to the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

We start out with a survey for them to fill out as a part of our vetting process.

In this survey, each prospective manufacturer provides information on aspects of their business. From there, we ask them follow up questions regarding their processes and/or request supplementary documentation to support claims made in their survey.

This ranges from their standard operating procedures to GMP (good manufacturing practices) audits. Primarily we look for manufacturers that are NSF certified as they have more stringent quality standards than other third party quality systems audits (I can confirm this from personal experience), and for a facility to keep their certification they have to meet criteria set by NSF, which are higher than what the FDA requires.

Now, let's talk about third party testing.

My personal opinion as to why contamination happens is because a lot of these startup supplement companies don’t have the budget to afford anyone that’s actually worked in the manufacturing process.

Therefore, though they may test with every intention of ensuring quality, they may not be selecting the tests that are most necessary or effective in confirming quality.

An example of this is…
The FDA at minimum, only requires one type of testing as a part of a release for products. So to save on cost, most manufacturers will only do identity testing to confirm a product’s quality as that is normally the cheapest option.

We, as a company, decided to make our manufacturers do additional potency testing on all finished goods to make sure our products meet our label claim, which can be missed by doing identity testing alone.

As someone with an actual background in quality control/assurance, I think this allows our company to stand out. It’s really important to me that we do things the right way and I feel we are taking steps towards being a better company everyday.

Our products our made in the USA with ingredients sourced for the highest quality around the world.

You can find more information about our practices and what we represent here. Our address is on all of our labels.

Hopefully that answers your questions and hope you have a wonderful week.
