Is it more of a tricks board or cruiser ?

Just got this board for my son. It's a decent beginners board for using in the skatepark and learning tricks. Of course you can use it to get around but if you need to do that a lot more than tricks then a longboard is what i'd suggest.

Is this skateboard suitable for children aged 6?

It's a proper size board. My son is aged 10 but I think a 6 year old would be ok. Would be worth comparing size with 'kiddie' boards though.
