Terrible strap
Accidentally pushed bag into backpack without fully closing. Strap snagged on velcro closure which ripped out the threads when I tried to untangle it. Now the strap is half ripped and all from a single accidental slip!

So far it seems good. Lightweight and easy to wear. I like that it has RFID protection built in. Large enough to hold passports. We are traveling to a place known for pickpockets but need to have our passports with us.
