Equipped with knurled grips and aluminum Spinster shafts that spin freely to minimize bounce-outs, this 22-gram set includes three fully assembled darts, spare shafts, extra wide glide flights, and a dart wrenchβ€”all housed in a rugged TacTech case designed for secure transport and storage. Ideal for serious players seeking consistent performance on sisal and bristle dartboards. ## Description Product Description The Viper Blitz 24 Gram Steel Tip Darts are the heaviest barrel in the Blitz line, for players who throw flat and want the dart to drive into the sisal rather than float. Each barrel is machined from a 95% tungsten alloy. Tungsten is dense enough that a 24 gram barrel can be made far slimmer than the brass or nickel silver darts most starter sets ship with, and a slimmer barrel means your three darts crowd less of the same bed. Tighter groupings are how scores go up. The 24 gram barrel carries a knurled band grip. Heavily knurled bands cover the barrel end to end, giving you a firm, comfortable hold that does not shift as the weight loads into your hand. Behind the barrel, each dart runs an aluminum Spinster shaft. The shaft rotates freely, so a dart arriving behind it can slide past the flight instead of deflecting off it, and the locking hole keeps the shaft tight to the barrel through a full night of play with no retightening. The set arrives complete. Three fully assembled steel tip darts, six spare Viperlock shafts, three extra wide glide flights and a dart wrench, all packed into a Viper TacTech case with a hard outer shell and foam-lined slots. These are metal tip darts made for sisal and bristle dartboards. From the Manufacturer Sack your opponent when you step up to the throw line with the Blitz 95% tungsten darts. A slim dart barrel and aluminum spinster shaft allows for tighter shot group and maintains weight range. Features black painted grooves and comes in weights from 22 to 28 grams. Review: Major price hike! - These are great but I bought the same set 4 years ago for 75 bucks right here on desertcart. Why the extra $100 Review: Work as advertised - I can't believe it. I threw the dart... and it actually stuck in the ... wall. Totally missed the dartboard, the surround, I'm grateful (seriously, never realized that grateful was spelled this way, always assumed it was greatful, based on the definition of great and grate, freaking english language i swear...) I missed the receptacle below. Update: oops, forgot to actually talk about the darts >.> I love the feel on the grip, weight was perfect for me. I feel like it was definitely worth it to buy a decent set of darts as opposed to a cheap set. I was never really into darts but lately I've been playing pretty regularly. When something is on my mind, toss some darts. When kids are stressing me out, toss some darts. Who knew darts could be cathartic. Many months later I tried a cheap set, and my throws were wobbly, not balanced at all. It shocked me how much of a difference a good set was compared to ones of less quality. ## Features - 95% TUNGSTEN BARRELS: 95% tungsten is far denser than brass or nickel silver, so the full 24 grams fits into a compact 48.2 mm barrel (5.94 to 7.08 mm diameter) for tighter groupings and more room for your next dart - KNURLED GRIP: heavy knurling and deep rings on the barrel let you grip the dart the same way every time, for a consistent, repeatable release - ALUMINUM SPINSTER SHAFTS: the shaft tops rotate on impact so incoming darts are deflected less, and locking holes keep each shaft tight to the barrel between legs - TACTECH CASE INCLUDED: the Viper TacTech EVA case has foam-lined slots that hold all three darts plus every spare shaft, flight and the wrench - COMPLETE READY-TO-THROW SET: 3 fully assembled steel tip darts, 6 spare Viperlock shafts, 3 extra flights, a dart wrench and the TacTech case ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B005NAY38W | | Best Sellers Rank | #135,405 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #292 in Darts | | Brand Name | Viper by GLD Products | | Color | Black, Silver, Red, Graphic | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (291) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00719265531449 | | Included Components | Dart wrench, Six (6) Viperlock polycarbonate shafts, TacTech EVA dart case, Three (3) complete darts with lightweight Aluminum Spinster shafts, Three (3) spare flights | | Item Dimensions W x H | 1.4"W x 1.4"H | | Item Highlight | Metal Tip Darts For Bristle And Sisal Dartboards, Set Of 3, TacTech Travel Case, Aluminum Spinster Shafts, Spare Flights | | Item Thickness | 5.7 inches | | Item Type Name | Steel Tip Darts | | Manufacturer | GLD Products | | Manufacturer Part Number | 23-2724-24 | | Material Type | tungsten | | Model Number | 23-2724-24 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Shape | Round | | Size | 24-Gram | | Sport Type | Darts | | Team Name | Viper | | UPC | 719265531449 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 30 Days Against Manufacturer Defects | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Viper by GLD Products - **Color:** Black, Silver, Red, Graphic - **Material:** tungsten - **Product Dimensions:** 1.4"W x 1.4"H ## Images ![Viper by GLD Products Blitz 95% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts Set with Case - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81VlhL+6liL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Major price hike! *by J***M on October 1, 2026* These are great but I bought the same set 4 years ago for 75 bucks right here on amazon.
