I will drink this in water throughout the day. I put it in a large mason jar and I do about three droppers and sip it throughout. I do maybe twice a day and it’s very relaxing. My Xanax and hydroxyzine don’t really work much for me anymore and this has been very nice. A higher dose definitely helps you gently fall asleep. also if you’re looking for a relaxing affect for anxiety or sleep try brewing lavender and mixing it with honey makes it less earthy tasting. I don’t mix the two. I’m pretty sure that would knock you out. Oh yeah, the taste is actually surprisingly mild and nice.

My mode wife recommended I use this. Around 36 weeks I was worrying and having some fear about labor and the size of my baby. I took this everyday for the rest of the weeks leading up to birth. I used two full droppers twice daily. The taste was actually good, it was smooth. I believe it made me feel calmer and I slept better too! Plus my fear went away and I had an unmedicated birth baby almost 11lbs!

This is the first time for me to try Passionflower. I've wanted to try it for quite some time. And, finally decide to go researching. I wanted sublingual for quicker action. And, I do like this brand so that sold me on this purchase. It melts worries, stress and even anxiety away with the quality of the process it's produced. It is very effective for me. I will purchase it again from here. The dropper doesn't do a full dosage squeeze. But, I was okay with it because I wanted to increase strength gradually.

Not a bad product, but not as thick, colorful, and rich as two others I've purchased and used more than once. One is Canadian-made, and the other touts itself as using "German technology". Still, it's a reasonably-priced choice worth trying. I'm still experimenting with it, with 5-HTP for insomnia. Also, this company's attention to customer satisfaction is superb.

This product is extremely helpful to me to relax my mind at bedtime. One dropper full before bed and I can sleep very soundly. It’s is worth a shot for people who “can’t shut off” their thoughts at night. It’s worth it because it’s a natural remedy, not a prescription drug, give it a try.

Great for anxiety

Its pretty great.. I know I need medication for my anxiety but until I find a psychiatrist, I use this. I take it before bed and sleep well and I take it during the daytime when I'm having anxiety
