Absorbs vibration and noise
Worked great as a base for my rv water pump. Made it noticeably quieter.

Great for Venting Hot Tub Covers in Hot Weather
We bought several sets of these to use in our hot tub. We live in Texas and when it gets hot, we need to vent/raise our hot tub cover up so the water temperature does not get to hot. We stack 1-3 of these in all four corners to raise up the hot tub cover a few inches. They are waterproof and so far this has been a great solution for us. We attached one block to the hot tub and they stick very well. We then stack the other blocks as needed.

Good sizing.
"Just right" size for my purpose to shim my battery box for a smaller motorcycle battery. Light weight and good functionality.

Pretty good, but not neoprene?
These pads work well but I'm fairly sure that they are not neoprene. They are way too soft and dont have the right tensile strength. I think that they are just polyurethane or similar.

Easy to use non-marring surface
A family member had an old lamp with an intermittent connection in the socket and they wanted it fixed. It was one of those tall, wooden bedside lamps where you have to unscrew everything from the inside. To do that, I had to peel off the 40+ year old felt that covered the hollow base of the lamp. I bought this as an easy way to add a non-skid, non-marring surface to the bottom of the lamp. I didn't want to use contact cement or any other adhesive that would take time to dry. I also wanted something thin and not-too-squishy. This was perfect. I cleaned the bottom of the lamp, peeled the backing off the adhesive sheet, stuck it on, and trimmed it with a pair of scissors. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes including the removal of the old felt and cleaning off the adhesive residue. In other words, very fast and convenient. This is one of those products that has dozens of uses and is good to keep around, just in case. I keep a couple of sheets in my home repair tool bag for situations like this, and I'm sure I'll be using some again before too long.

Perfect thickness and strength
Used it against the glass windows to hold security cameras. Durable so far. Thick enough otherwise if thicker than this it would be so hard to cut through. I wanted portable attachments for now so I taped it against the window. I carefully and slowly cut through in the middle. It’s pretty strong which I wanted. Great value for the money!

Not worth the risk
Kind of cheap. Adhesion poor and not durable.
