Microsoft 365 Subscription
I am unable to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT etc because it's asking g to to activate with key or buy Ms 365. Should it not be part of the Purchase? Kindly provide the activation asap or i will have no option but to return the product as its still under return period. Thanks!

Performance is great but battary back up problem.

Ok except the display and warranty.
The product itself is good, but the display's color saturation is very poor. Additionally, when I checked the warranty on the delivery date, it showed that it had already expired a month earlier.

Defective Screen and Expired Warranty
I purchased the HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa1099ne (15.6" FHD, 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i5, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the first use, the screen had serious defects with three large white spots clearly visible. Even more concerning, there was no valid warranty available—the warranty had already expired by nearly seven months at the time of purchase. Receiving a defective product with an expired warranty is unacceptable. I do not recommend this purchase based on my experience.
