BACK BRACE

Very supportive. Im trying to improve my posture. I've only used it twice but I think this will certainly help if I stay consistent in using it.

This brace seems to work well. I first ordered a large because the directions say if you are between sizes go larger. Based on two measurements I was a medium, but height had me as a large so I went large. It was too big in the shoulders. I have since received a medium and that fits nicely. Make sure you follow the directions on the Velcro or the straps will be twisted, uncomfortable and probably not support correctly. Easy to use and easy to adjust. Good customer service too. I posted three photos to try and show the velcro and how the strap should face. Black in black is a bit difficult.

Works as advertised but not sure it is the best thing for my situation.

Not a good fit for me

First the not so good. This is my third try with this product. The size chart goes by height and weight and waist size which missed me totally. So the first try was on the store and second was on me. Thankfully the returns were seamless. I knew with the first one, even though the size was way too big that it was going to be a slam dunk when get the right size. I’m 72 and have had back problems since childhood and a spinal fusion at 53 so pain, stiffness and weakness is too familiar. As you can imagine I have had a bazillion braces or supports of some sort over the years, primarily for lumbar spine. I read the reviews before purchase and one purchaser said that their physical therapist said that this brand was the best. I’m wearing the right size now and yes indeedy I have a friend helping me stay in the game! What I like is that my thoracic spine ( mid-back) is weak and I need flexible yet rigid support which is comfortable and stable. This thing helps me both to perform and recover from physical activities. I will be putting it to the test daily for the next two weeks and will give an update

Having suffered from chronic back pain for years, I decided to give this back brace posture corrector a try, and I’m thrilled with the results. The adjustable design provides a snug fit, offering support for both upper and lower back pain relief. I especially appreciate the fully adjustable straps, which allow me to customize the level of support I need throughout the day. Since using this posture corrector, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall posture and reduced discomfort in my lumbar region. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking effective, comfortable back support.

If you have poor posture, this brace is not going to correct it. No brace will. Exercises are required if you let your posture get bad. Use this brace as a reminder, for example a desk job that could give you bad posture. If the shoulder braces dig into your armpits, then you probably already have poor posture and exercises are a good solution to correct the problem. No brace alone will improve your posture. It works to a point. If I tighten the shoulders straps securely, after a while the the strap at the point where it come down the inside of the shoulder bunches up and it will start to feel painful the longer you wear it. This brace is a good idea but it needs work. Maybe a a strap going across the chest to prevent it from bunching up. Still debating whether to send it back.
