I liked them, I think they help with overall brain function.
I used this for about two years and would switch back and forth better the gummies and the capsules depending what was better priced when I needed more. They are super expensive but I have to say I feel way more burnt now without taking them. I wonder if it’s an effect of not taking them anymore or if I’m just naturally burnt and didn’t notice before taking them lol. If I could still afford them I would have continued taking them but tough times called for cut backs and personal sacrifice. I’m sure I’ll be able to take them again at a later date.

I ended up with a 3 pack of samples that didn't last a month!!! Work pretty good though. I do notice a difference.

I only realized, to my horror, upon delivery that $19.97 buys 14 pills. I thought I was purchasing a months supply. I was wrong and won't be buying again. Far too expensive.
