I ordered the arch kit to make an arch for a graduation party. The metal poles didn't fit into the base securely and the water weights were not optional, even though the event was inside. The instructions were not clear but, once I figured out how to secure the poles to the base I was able to make a beautiful arch.

I really like that the balloon arc was really easy to assemble. Unfortunately when I was cleaning up and de assembling it the wire broke. Or sucks that I was happy about it and sometimes you can get a possible defective item. May i also mention I only used it once…

Very easy to use. Instructions were easy to follow and easy to store for time after time use.

So easy to put together

No es muy reciatente y se dobla muncho aun usando las bolsas de agua para peso. Y los tornillos no le dan suficiente soporte. No me gusto para nada elnproducto y despues de la primera usada ya no sirvio.

I bought this balloon arch and couldn’t wait to use it. It was missing the arch and one of the pvc pipes so I couldn’t use it. I think it would have been great if all the parts were included. I missed the deadline to send it back so I guess I am stuck with it!

Bought this for work function and it was perfect. As first time users with no experience this product was very easy to use and anyone can do this. Took a team of four people to build it in 2 hrs but worth the look. Hardest part was not popping balloons while sliding them on. I would do this project again and recommend this product.
