Actually I’d give it 4.5. My problem with supplements is I’m particularly sensitive. We are all different. I believe in the quality that a liposomal brings even though I only take 800mg I feel it, especially when I don’t. Works best at night with some food. Good stuff!

Makes you energetic

It’s so cheap!I used to go to Costco and pay about $34-$35 give or take for a 90 count of nature made 400 mg. I would take two pills to get up to 800 mg plus my significant other would take one a day.That would be just good for 30 days.Now, I was able to buy 10 boxes, and make monthly payments of around $15-$15.50 for 6 months and only use one pill for me and one pill for my significant other.Have I felt significant changes or did it do what I want it to? Not sure, only time will tell.I am trying it for skin and TTC. Fingers crossed, I hope I keep a youthful appearance lol and it helps with my TTC journey.I’ll keep you updated if I stop it or if any significant changes occur.They’re big pills but that “from what I know” is the universal size for coq 10. It was the color that threw me off. I used to take orange pills.
