This is what I was looking for toasted the sandwich very well without burning. Very recommend

Not a good product.
Zero satisfaction. It may be the issue only with the piece i bought, may not be a general issue of the product. It takes nearly around 8 min.s to toast two breads. Power indicator & temperature indicator is opposite to what's described in manual. Lid lock is not properly locking, need to press gently to one side.
