User in moderation. It's probably the vitamin c which does most of the work and that only needs to be in very small quantities

Perfect for PUFF-PUFF
Quite very good & versatile as a dough improver as this is the third time I am buying it👍 PUFF-PUFF is a Nigerian snack made of flour,yeast, sugar which in turn is mixed with warm water. Dhillons your Bread & Dough Improver, brings a fluffy puff-puff light to touch & delicious to eat when added to the flour. Will certainly be using it always from now on 😀.

Good value
It's increased my loaf size by about an 1" and a quarter, and made it much softer, good value.

Helps produce a superior loaf
This is an excellent product. I’ve tried a number of so-called dough improvers, from plain old ascorbic acid to fancy Italian blends, all with mixed, but never dramatic, results. This product, however, really does help produce a superior loaf, with a lovely light and lacy crumb. Obviously, it won’t correct for poor baking skills, but it will enhance a well-mixed and shaped loaf.
