I am addicted to this cup. It keeps things warm for HOURS if the lid is on and cools quickly with it off. It's perfect for taking to my fussy office.

This is a great mug. My only dislike is it doesn’t fit in a vehicle cup holder.

the only problem i have with this is that the lid keeps popping off when you pour a hot drink in it so it defeats the purpose

The cup works well and holds heat well. I bought it because the lid was easy to clean. But the hole to sip out of is far from the edge of the cup and so it's not easy to sip out of it. You literally have to slurp to get fluid. I also found the lid very hard to take off. It is easy to clean. I wish the sipping hole was closer to the edge of the cup for easier sipping.

Very good little cup. Holds 12 oz easily, with room for cream and sugar. There's a small lip when drinking, just be careful. I knocked it over and it flipped upside down and crashed to the floor. It never spilled,leaked, or broke seal.
