Excellent mouth feel, bite and sweet level. Not too sweet and good clean ingredients. Although has coconut sugar still better swap than plain white sugar.

I cut out refined sugars this year and as a dark chocolate lover I started to crave milk chocolate! I tried a bunch before someone on TikTok recommended this brand and boy am I glad I read that comment! It is delicious, fresh milk chocolate. Prefect balance of sweet and creamy with a perfectly smooth texture. I have had other brands of milk chocolate that don't use refined sugar and they taste grainy or artificial but not this one. I find zero faults in this chocolate bar. I love that its organic, fair trade and has such clean simple ingredients. I try to make all my sweet treats myself now but chocolate is one I will leave o the experts and Hu are definitely experts!

I was looking for chocolate I could enjoy as a treat without feeling guilty about the quality of its ingredients or the overall composition. I wanted something as simple as possible, free from unnecessary additives, allowing me to savor the pure taste of milk chocolate that reminds me of childhood but in a more modern and health-conscious version. BAR MILK CHOC SIMPLE is an organic milk chocolate. The manufacturer has minimized the use of chemical industry innovations from recent decades. The ingredients include cacao, cacao butter, milk from grass-fed cows, and coconut sugar. Regarding the latter, to be honest, I'm not entirely thrilled since sugar is still sugar, even if it’s unrefined. That said, the amount of sugar used seems minimal because the chocolate isn’t overly sweet. It has a subtle creamy note, and its texture feels pleasant and melts easily in the mouth. When breaking it, it doesn’t crumble. I also enjoyed adding it to coffee—it made my favorite morning drink thicker and more flavorful. Additionally, the bar is conveniently portioned, helping to control how much you eat. The packaging is simple but effective, keeping the product fresh and airtight. The only downside is the slightly high price. However, we all know that quality products, though unfortunately, don’t come cheap. In my opinion, the excellent quality justifies the expense. In conclusion, BAR MILK CHOC SIMPLE is a great choice for those who care about ingredient quality but still love to indulge in chocolate. It works well both as a standalone treat and as an addition to beverages.

I never thot a totally organic chocolate could taste so good and satisfying. But I savored every bite of the somewhat small size bar….. yet quality is always sooo much better than quantity

The chocolate is very tasty, but it’s still not completely healthy, and the packaging has a very strong cockroach smell. The cockroach smell from the packaging is something that should be checked. It turns your stomach and makes you feel repulsed about eating the chocolate.

Taste like dark molasses Overpriced for what it is IMO. Not smooth. 0 after taste.
