The weld broke on the net support.

We originally ordered this set, opened the package and found the net frame was already broken at the “weld”. We sent it back and ordered another one. The second set lasted one week and the weld broke again in the same spot on the net frame. Quality paddles, balls and actual net…:the frame is very flimsy and poorly welded. We would like a replacement frame part but no one seems to be able to help us and their return is on 30 days.

As you can see from the images, this product is poorly built. I've had to return 3 different items due to the fact they keep breaking. There are certain pieces that have been welded, but it's a shot in the dark whether you get a piece that is done well, or one that is done poorly.The only thing that prevents me from making this a 1 star is the fact this is a complete set and the other items: balls, paddles, and boundaries have held up fairly well. Other than that, if you have other options, I'd recommend going with that.

First time playing with it, it broke. Too much of a hassle to send back so we tried to repair. Did not work. Piece A needs to be replaced.

“Weld” broke on net frame before we ever hit a ball. Not sure the tubes are attached with actual welds, looks more like an adhesive. Broke right in the spot that other nets on Amazon show an extra little angle brace. Everything else about it is nice. We liked the paddles.

The solder that holds the net together broke after the second use. Very disappointed in the quality of the net.

One of the outside stand piece broke the second time we used it - poor weld/connection. I asked for a replacement part but I never heard back. Now the return window has closed and I am stuck with a broken net that we can't play with. Please help with directions on how to get replacement part.Edit: July 1 - After weeks of waiting, still no response - DO NOT BUY THIS - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Pay the extra few bucks to get a better net/system.
