Brabantia WallFix Retractable Clothes Line, Metallic Grey, 24m

Delighted with this item ! It is so neat and tidy in the garden . Very easy to use , sturdy enough for a full load of washing . I strongly recommend this item . My best buy from Amazon and great price.

Really straight forward to install, works as stated and looks really smart tidied away. Has been overall a fantastic purchase. Would highly recommend.

The Brabantia wall mounted air dryer is absolutely great. Also bought with metal cover. Im 78yrs old and I can pull it out so easily, its so light. Then when finished it is easy to fold it back into its metal case. The case looks good too on the wall. Plenty of line to hang washing on. Very impressed. The design looks good too. Thank goodness I didn't buy the traditional rotary clothes airer which is bulky and looks awful.

Absolutely great ☺️☺️

I have wanted this item for some time, thinking the extra money for the metal cover was too much for me. The plastic cover that is available would have perished very quickly from past experience. So, I have waited to afford the whole item. It arrived on time and the packaging was secure and easy to open. I fixed it to the wall using the template provided and the fixings that were all included in the package. They were of good quality and the job was easy to complete without help. (nobody too help) The metal cover appeared to be a little flimsy at first, but its doing the job and I have opened and closed it a number of times now. Visitors seem to need to look at it. The line affords a good amount of drying space, got a full 7Kg load easily hung out. Pity it can't spin, but you can't have everything. Worth the money, wish I could have had it earlier.

Excellent airer and it looks very trendy. It’s great that you can hide it away when not in use if you buy the metal covers that go with it.

So easy to install .. wish I had bought this earlier. Keeps lawn free form a rotary or washing line. Has 4 arms which can hold a good load of washing.. bedding , towels etc would recommend.

We had a rotary dryer in the middle of our patio area and it was getting in the way of our view of the garden and the kids on their trikes. I installed the WallFix clothes line on the side of the house - it took about 1 1/2 hours. Make sure you have robust rawl plugs (use Fischer - they are the best) and managed to get the back plate installed without too many issues. Once installed, the folding in/out takes a bit of getting used to, but don't use too much pressure, gently add force and push it directly away from you to close and pull directly towards you to open. The cover is a must - it keeps it nice and clean and dry and will make it last a long time. Initially, I was concerned it would stick out from the house and obstruct our view of the garden, but when it's packed away it is near invisible. Absolutely fantastic. I'm so pleased there is a product like this - we tried a few things like retractable lines, etc. and none really did the job. The space on the WallFix is ample to dry a good load of washing and it sticks out surprisingly far. It can probably go in most places where there is a through-breeze. Ours is in shade of the sun and still gets the clothes dry. Summary - get one, they're superb.

Arrived quickly and easy to install. Great product and performs exactly as described. Strong and can even hold heavy wet suits.
