I recently got this mug and noticed it only can hold 200ml of liquid, yet the description states 0.3l. Is there an error in the description?

I suppose the volume is counted up to the top of the mug. I checked two mugs that I have and they are almost 0.3 L, but when they are completely full.

Sorry to add another question. I’m quite the coffee enthusiast and have confirmed the capacity to be 200ml to the full. Is this a defected cup then?

I would not think so. It is normal that there are differences in the volume between different batches. I have anyway checked another design. Are you also absolutely sure that you used a very precise 200ml reference?
