Can anyon tell me the dimensions of the top step , everything else seems to be ok

9 inches (230mm) x 14.5 inches (370mm)

how high is the top step

The top step stands at 44.5 cm or 17.5 inches, I find it an ideal height for all inside jobs but it's best point is it's sturdiness, absolutely no risk of falling

How high is the first ( bottom ) step please?

The bottom step is approximately 9 inches from the ground.

Who is the manufacture of the stool?

Curver. It's a solid piece of kit, I'd recommend if (like me) you're vertically challenged
