Fantastic toolbox
I've waited a little while before writing this to get some good use of it. I'm a relatively avid diy-er, and wanted a solid tool box which didn't require endless rummaging around. I use this as a general DIY toolbox which comfortably holds everything I might generally need for the majority of standard tasks, with extra room to chuck in any additional tools, drills, etc. as needed. There are some nice little touches which work really well - tape measure clip, hand saw pocket (I've been using this recently for a square), straps for longer spirit levels, side pockets which can carry bit sets, stud/cable finders, multimeters, etc. very well, along with space for pens/pencils. I've used all of these pockets/areas and they all work well. It is very well built and the base is really solid, which means that it copes well with the weight of tools that are being carried, but also - this doesn't go anywhere or tip over when thrown into the boot of the car. The handle feels completely solid and is a comfortable carry. The shoulder strap is a nice addition too and works well. My favourite thing with this is that it's really easy to see what tools are where, and makes them extremely easy to access. I was always forever rummaging around for a specific tool in old toolboxes, but now everything is easy to find and access. The internal straps are solid and so far, seem to easily hold the vast majority of hand tools in all shapes and sizes. I've had this for about six months now and have given it some fair use in that time, and it still feels pretty much new, so I'm confident that it holds its own. I've seen people in trade using this which was another reason I went for this and it reassured me of its robustness, so hopefully it continues to live up to expectations. In short, I settled on this after a bit of research and I have been pleasantly surprised. It has done everything I'd hoped for and more, and if I ever lost this - I'd buy another. Highly recommended!

Very useful, well made.
I wanted to buy a bag to carry maintenance items, keeping them separate from my main tool bag. This tote bag is ideal for maintenance work. All contents are easily accessible, and there are many useful pockets and bands that make organising the bag simple. It comes with a strap, so you can carry it via the main handle or over your shoulder. The bag is comfortable to use either way. The quality is great for the price.

Best tool carrier by far
As a professional flooring technician I have to carry many tools around with me, including heavy mallets, knives and stretcher. I tried traditional toolboxes, but I found these to be a bit too much to carry into customers houses plus the hinges never ever lasted long enough. I also purchased a back-pack tool carrier, which at first was very good. Carrying heavy tool boxes in one arm all the time can be very stressful on your back, so with the back-pack I could sling my tools over my shoulder. However the biggest problem with the back-pack was tool access, on a few occasions I put my hand into the bag to get a tool and found my very sharp knife. So it had to get replaced. I was given vouchers as a present so I decided to purchase the Tote bag, and it has been one of my greatest buys. Every tool is easily visible and there are so many compartments for many different types of tools. The size is also bigger than I expected, I was prepared to have to carry my carpet stretcher outside the tote bag, but it fits perfectly inside. All of my tools fit in with room to spare. Used with shoulder strap it is perfect for my job as it gives you free use of your arms to carry other equipment or even open doors. I know there are no compartments like a tool box for screws etc but small tupperware dishes are just as good. I have seen many different professions using these from electricians, plumbers to even painters and they all praise the very highly. I have a feeling my colleagues may also purchase these. Don't even think about buying one of these, as Nike say JUST DO IT!!!!!!

Outstanding: Initial & Final Impressions
I purchased this bag some time ago in B&Q for £38.00 for a colleague who has trouble 'maintaining' his tools. He has had it now for 3 years and tosses it into his van and has massively over loaded it, be it dusty, it is in as good as condition as it was on day one. So I purchased myself one • Quality is very good considering the price now on Amazon at £25.00 rather than the £38.00 I originally paid which makes this a steal. Stanley has out done themselves in this department. Every corner is riveted and the handle is double riveted. • Very useful, the inside is lined with slots for tools although better suited to smaller hand tools such as pliers. The inside ends have elasticated parts although it is difficult trying to put anything in. One outside end pocket has a strap for securing whatever you put in there. The other side has a pocket and a drill bit holder (useful for putting pencils in) The level holder is also not a gimmick and incredibly handy for fitting a 60cm level in. Outside sides have a tenon saw holder and other side lined with pockets. •Durability- I think this is the main concern when buying any kind of tool holder as it is generally subjected to heavy weight and abuse which mine has certainly been for a prolonged time and it is incredibly strong. •Other brands? I've had Dewalt, C.K, Makita all are much more expensive and they flex and buckle when this has not. Very happy with this tool bag, it's no suprise it's the best seller.

it's perfect and hardly a scratch on it
I am a carpenter, working Monday-Friday and sometimes weekends, this bag is with me at all times. it's left in all weather conditions. i must have least 20kg's worth of kit sat in this bag, and ain't failed on me at all. odds/ends that you use a lot stick in side pockets, tons space in center, that does include sds, impact drivers jigsaw's anything you need. it will probably fit in this bag. also want to show my appreciation for the shoulder strap, use it all the time carrying it up stairs, around house's etc. it's perfect and hardly a scratch on it, amazing piece of kit, well done Stanley. Just some advice on other bags. Tape measure holder, mmm debatable card holder. ain't ever seen anyone use one. ever. sizing's of pockets. i would consider maybe more detailed analysis of what sizing are, and what for? the saw holder, I may have this wrong but is that a tenon saw holder? seriously? ask how many trades men use that? that's a whole side of one bag wasted to that, a hack saw fair enough. jack saw fair enough..but tenon? either way i love the bag and for the money I paid. well done. re-make this bag stanley. can make a hell of a lot of good money off this guy! p.s annoyed about your £10 sale, i didn't get another one :*(
