What size for man 5'5. Wt 180?

You should be safe with an Med.

Do you have a size chart ?

For runs just a littlebit large. Does not shrink since shirt is thick good quality.

What size should I get 6' 165lbs? Usually between a med and a large. Prefer tighter fit to a baggy one.

I prefer tighter fits as well, especially under a riding jacket. I'd say go with the medium for that purpose.
