Tactacam couldn't tell what antenna to buy when I gave them the serial number, said they would have to see a picture of it. From the picture in the ad I thought this might work and it Does. Thanks for having thew product and showing a good picture of it.

I ordered these as a replacement for the extremely fragile antennas provided with the TravlFi Journey XTR WiFi router. I've been using them while on-the-move for about three weeks and so far they have proved to be durable. They are apparently fully compatible with my device as I have not observed a degradation of signal or data rates from my device.

A bear chewed the stock antenna off so I got these to replace my Stealth Camera antenna.They seem to work Okay until one of them quit sending videos. I took it off and was going to put a stock antenna on when I noticed ants all over both my hands. I put this antenna into my pocket real quick to get rid of the ants. Only to discover they had built a nest inside this hollow antenna. I’m thinking that’s why it quit working.My other camera caught me undressing in the forest to get the ants out of my pants and shirt.I’m not sure it’s the best design but if you don’t get ants inside of it, it will probably work for you.

This antenna dropped my overall signal strength. Might be good home routers but it’s not an effective high gain IoT antenna.
