I love the taste of real lemon and this powder does not disappoint. It is the best powder I've ever tried, very tangy. It dissolves easily and does not have added sugar. Very easy to use anytime you need lemon. A scoop is provided which is just the right amount of flavor for a 32 Oz cup of water. You won't be disappointed.

It met my expectations and hopes 100%! I LOVE fresh lemonade but having real lemons around any time of year is not practical for me. It makes the best lemonade short of squeezing your own! Ive also added it to a sugar cookie dough to make lemon ricotta sugar cookies and its hella good in tuna with fresh cracked pepper! Its going into a lemon pepper marinade tonight for chicken on the grill. This stuff is just so perfect for anywhere you want a genuine burst of fresh lemon flavor!💛 Ive also put it on pasta with butter, salt and cracked pepper. Im going to have to reorder soon! Being made with the whole lemon versus others that were just the juice, I think, is what gives this the real flavor punch! Cant wait to try it in iced tea for an arnold palmer kind of twist.

Best lime ever! I use lime in cooking and for drinks and this brand is far superior than the others. It mixes better than the True Lime brand and the flavor is so good (actual taste like limes). You won’t waste your money trying this product and I now get it delivered monthly! Hope this helps others who are looking for great lime flavor.

Love the taste and potency the lime powder. I make pico de gallo frequently. But usually only have fresh limes on hand when I think about it. The other items are usually staples in my pantry. The only reason it is not a 5 star is it came clumppy, before I opened it. It dissolved easily if I didn't use the clumps. I'm going to try a spice grinder. Gave it a nice strong crisp taste. It didn't take much. Disappointed, but would buy again. I haven't tried the lemon yet. The lemon came clump free.

As an avid hot tea drinker, I use a lot of lemon. In addition, I regularly add lemon juice and/or zest to baked goods and regular cooking. Fresh lemons are not always available and the frozen lemon juice I’ve used for decades is no longer sold. I thought I’d give this product a try. I just add a tiny bit to my tea using the tiny spoon included in the package. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh tasting flavor. I can even detect floral notes in this product. I love it! The bag I purchased has a “best by” date three years from now, so I won’t be wasting any of it. It has become a pantry must have for me.

This lime flavor had a really big taste. It has a very strong, very potent taste. And I didn't consider that in the beginning when I first used it. I used a tad bit too much and it had me feeling a little woozy. So, yes, a little does go a long way, which is excellent and the taste is great. I want to buy this again, but I saw some reviews on the lemon powder that had me a little apprehensive. A couple of customers were saying that they received their package and it had moisture in it and they couldn't send it back. That's definitely a little iffy for me. I think that if we make a purchase and we receive something defective, of course, we don't want to send food products back, but I think that we still should be reimbursed if we cannot use the product. And if the seller is not willing to do that, that becomes a problem. I'm glad that people are being honest with their reviews and letting us know that as well. I think I'll buy one more time and I'll see how it goes. One customer said that she bought it 3 times And the third time was not a charm....she said she had to throw it away. Another customer said she used it anyway, with the moisture in it and got very sick.

I had this in my cart for a while because I couldn't decide if I wanted to try it. I finally ordered it and I'm so glad I did. It tastes great in smoothies and pudding. I'm looking forward to trying it in other dishes too. The bag says it can be used for baking. It doesn't smell great to me in the bag because it's concentrated. It tastes great though, very much like real lemon. I like it a lot more than lemon juice concentrates. Mine arrived as a powder. It's a bit granular and I can see how it could crystallize in high humidity. If I notice it clumping, I'll store it in a bag with a dessicant pack. It dissolves in water but takes its time. I haven't tried dissolving a lot of it to make something like lemonade, but I think that would work better in warm water. The bag is only 7 ounces but it should last a while, a little goes a long way.

This is a good product,disolves easily, it is a good value, has a real lemon flavor is Organic and pure but is most definetly on the very sour side of the scale, if you like that flavor, you will enjoy this. I was hoping for more of a Meyer Lemon flavor and this is NOT. It maybe good with a fish sauce or in a salad dressing with other ingredients that compliment the sour. I wanted something to add to my morning water, this was just not for me.
