Is this oxygen concentrator backpack suitable for the outdoors?

If you are wondering if it is waterproof, then the answer is no. The top is plastic but has a grommet for the tubing, and the front and both sides are open mesh to draw in air. Hopes this helps. The backpack as a whole is working very well.

will it fit a Caire freestyle confort concentrator?

Not sure what size the Carie Freestyle is. If you check the measurements on the backpack you should easily be able to determine this.

Can this hold 1-5liter portable oxygen concentrator for travel use?

Please check the measurements provided on the backpack compared to your concentrator to determine this.

Does it fit with the expanded battery on the concentrator?

Yes, fit with 16 cell extended battery on the unit. The pocket below is also large enough to hold another 16 cell extended battery as well.
