I have only recently begun using this organic coconut oil. I have heard and read so many positive things about coconut oil and wanted to try it for myself. I like that this product is in capsule form. I am not a fan of coconut anything. There is no aftertaste. The capsules are large, so you need to drink a lot of water. My skin is very sensitive and finding moisturizers that do not irritate it is difficult. I have noticed that my skin feels less dry and itchy since I began using this product. I hope I continue to see improvement. I also hope that I will begin to see other positive changes in my health that coconut oil is known for. BioScience Nutrition uses high quality control standards and pure ingredients. I am going to continue to purchase their products.

Let me first start off by saying absolutely love this product. Also this is probably my 10th bottle I’ve bought and have been taking it for about 10 months and I have lost 35 pounds. Also I do work five days a week, and walk 40 miles a month.I know the exercis and physical retail work I do has helped with the weight loss I know the coconut oil has helped as well because not only do I feel overall better my skin looks better my appetite has decreased my nails are stronger and longer and thicker. My hair, my hair is thicker longer shinier. And the weight I lost it was different than weight I have lost before when I had lost weight if that makes sense. Like it was almost like Fat was just melting right out of me or something I don’t know. I do know I feel better I look better I no longer have to take my thyroid medicine and my doctor said also that was because of the coconut oil capsules so that alone sold me. I have tried another brand as well just to see if their product would be is good as this product, it wasn’t in fact, I gained 9 pounds back in two weeks. So I ordered another bottle of Arazo Nutrition capsules, and wouldn’t you know a month later I lost 9 pounds. So let me tell you know what it’s done for my face my skin my wrinkles or should I say fine lines I’m almost 40 and I have these really pretty baby wrinkles ha ha but the coconut oil capsules have actually made those quite invisible and also my skin is firmer And I have a Constant glow now on my face. this product has even helped me with ulcers, it’ soothed my aching belly until I was able to get to my doctor for proper care. This product has so many benefits can be used for so many different things I give one capsule to each of my pets every day I’m just thankful for this.

Easy to use. Good product. Have been taking two a day for two weeks now. Seems to have no harmful effects. Am trying for a little weight loss. Not sure if it is actually curbing my appetite; but finding that I'm able to control my appetite in the evening. So either psychological effect (which is ok also) or may be working. The product has turned creamy white inside capsules - solidified due to being in refrigerator - as expected.

I have been using this organic coconut oil for a while now and am very pleased with the cost and the positive health benefits I have experienced. As a few others have stated, sometimes there is a problem with the capsules in the bottle sticking together which may result in damage and waste of some of the capsules. I notice the capsules seem to get stickier, forming larger lumps of capsules the longer it is in my storage cabinet. The cause could be because of exposure to heat and/or humidity while being stored. I have solved this problem by taking apart the the lump of capsules stuck together, placing the individual capsules back into the container and then storing the filled container into the refrigerator. I do this upon receiving my order. Now, no more sticking and wasting problems.

All bottles order had mold growing inside them🤢 I was finishing a previous bottle and opened a new when I discovered the mold. Opened all reminding bottle only to discover the same thing - half way into the bottle was a thick mold!!!

A few month ago, I found that I suddenly I didn't have my usual energy. One day I realized that I was on a diet that could only be described as "Keto-like". I didn't do it on purpose, I just found those foods happen to be the ones that kept me from being sick. BUT, if that was the case, I should follow the Keto people's belief that good fats are necessary for energy. Hey what could I lose? I needed more energy so why not try it. I purchased both Arazo's Coconut oil and MCT oil from another company as I read of a case where these oils had helped with a bad case of alzheimers. Hey, I'm not going to turn those options down as I'm getting to that age where those things can be a worry. Back to the coconut oil, I noticed how convenient it was to have it in softgel form. I can't take cellulose capsules as the source of cellulose used in capsules makes me sick. So I was REALLY happy about that. Another thing I was pleased about was that I didn't have to scoop out the hardened coconut oil out of a tub and hope I didn't overdo it. And the verdict on my energy, it DID come back while on those two oil softgels. I can jog through the house again! I missed that! YAY!
