I bought this because I have prostate cancer. I've had surgery, radiation and drug therapy. My cancer has returned. Doing monthly blood tests showed my PSA rising. I started using this product at 20mg. Increasing to 30mg seemed for me to make the difference. After 2 months my PSA dropped from 0.37ng to 0.26ng after a steady rise from non detectable levels. I went from using 20mg to 30mg of sulforaphane and that seemed to be the level that I feel made the difference in my tests. My problem is my stomach and intestines cannot handle sulforaphane. I get very painful reactions now when using it. So I need to stop using this product. I'm researching if there is a way to overcome the side effects of sulforaphane. Possibly using seed extract is the culprit. I was hoping that slowing my PSA would extend my time between cancer treatments. It seems like the path is never without obstacles. I'm not recommending this as a replacement for medical treatment for prostate cancer. Just sharing.

I ordered these to find an easy way to include broccoli sprouts in my diet. 😊 The capsules are small and easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. They haven't caused any tummy issues. Highly recommend!

I learned about Sulforphane due to being estrogen dominant and over 60. Broccoli is high in sulforphane but cooking it must be specific and in broccoli sprouts, you must grow them to get the best benefits. Being able to have this supplement to add to my routine to decrease my estrogen dominance (breast cancer is often the result), gives me comfort to knowing that I am doing all that I can. The capsule is tiny and easy to swallow; no taste and travels easily. I would recommend anyone who knows they're estrogen dominant to research this supplement and all the benefits it brings with it.

Sulforaphane is AMAZING

I read one customer review ( in the one star reviews) who claimed they tested the product and found no sulforaphane in it. I am therefore agnostic. Maybe I'll just eat more broccoli.
