This is it, this is good stuff. This is the second time I've purchased this. It's a good sized container, it lasts a while. Although the taste is what I want to emphasize. It's not earth shattering, but it's consistent. It doesn't have that strong lingering aftertaste (from my experience). It dissolves well in both water & milk. It tastes just as good if you use water. It's got a low amount of sugar, good amount of protein, so I can't complain. Overall it's worth the purchase. And much more affordable than most of the other options.

This is very good. I was going to order the individually wrapped protein drinks with 40 grams of protein, but it's very expensive ($47.00 for 12 bottles). I really enjoy those as well but I wasn't looking to spend $50 on it. I got this one instead and I used two scoops. and mixed with 8 ounces of water. It is actually really very GOOD. It mixed well and had no clumps in it. I actually enjoyed this and feel full after drinking. Bravo, I love this. I think that it may also satisfy my sweet tooth too. I look forward to continuing to use this to supplement my fitness goals.

I add this to my morning coffee in place of any creamer for an added boost of protein first thing in the morning. I keep coming back to this brand due to the cost value and overall flavor and high protein content. Really good chocolate flavor and not overly chalky like some protein powders, it also dissolves pretty well in my coffee.

Great product, tastes good, easy to mix and good for on the go BUT my stomach pays the price…goes straight though I may be lactose intolerant. 😬

Tastes exactly like easy bake oven batter. I used 8oz of milk in a blender bottle and found it to be easily mixable. Shook for about 30 seconds and there were no lumps. Has the consistency of a thick shake.

Perfect to get protein in. I had WLS in 2020. Recently, I have gained a little weight and I need to go back to watching what I eat. I am doing a pouch reset. I love drinking muscle milk, that is ready to drink. I was worried because previously, I haven't found a powder that I like. I was worried because this only calls for 8oz of water or milk. Normally the ready to drink options are a bigger portion. I followed the directions and used 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk. I bought a hand held blender just for this. I did not like the taste. It was too powdery. Next I tried 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk. I still didn't care for the taste. I decided to experiment. I finally found that I love the 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk, two scoops of muscle milk, 1 shot of espresso liquid, and one tablespoon of PB2. It is very filling and gets rid of the weird powdery taste. I also tried it with blended ice, and that was not good. The powder and ice separated. I am gland that I have found something that helps me get my protein in. I don't have to count how much protein I am getting. I don't have to worry about anything. I have put this to ship to me every 2 weeks. I may have to get it more frequently, but I am quite happy.

Although perfectly suitable as far as nutrition goes, this mix tastes chalky and has more calories per serving than others I've had. On the plus side, it dissolves easily and is competetively priced!

This is a decent value protein shake. I bought the chocolate flavour and it tastes like cake mix. I like it but my girlfriend had a sip and wasn't so keen. I have not tried the other flavours so cannot comment on those. I have the shake with water in the morning as soon as I get up and also straight after the gym session at night with a teaspoon of creatine added. It does not contain lactose which is a good thing as I am lactose intolerant. I have had no stomach issues since taking this twice daily for the last 2 weeks. As mentioned by someone else, it does contain 300 kcal per serving (2 scoops) which may be too much for people trying to loose weight. I am trying to bulk up my muscle so this is an easy way to get an extra 600 kcal per day plus a stack of protein and vitamins. The 2240g tub should last 1 month when having 2 shakes per day.

Having just finished my 1st 2.2kg tub of Choc Muscle Milk,I have been really impressed with it. I take one shake in the morning and another right after my work out and it leaves me feeling much more fuller than other shakes do. Muscle milk is the best tasing protein shake out there(much more creamy tasing than Syntha-6)The choc tastes like cake-mix batter,really nice. Bad points would be; 310 Calories per 2 scoops-This has never really bothered me,but it may be too many cals for some people cutting or trying to loose weight etc.. All in all a great shake that I will keep using!

Had this stuff when I was over in the states but always found it was really expensive over here so never bothered with it. Used to buy Holland & Barrats own brand stuff on the buy one get another for a penny offer. Found Muscle Milk on a great deal though, twice as much as the other stuff for less cost. Love the taste, I think this stuff has the best chocolate flavour of any protein shakes. Highly recommend it.

This is first protein powder tried. DID NOT FART THATS A PLUS. Changed to Myprotein.com for my next 5kg cheapest on the net did not fart with it. Best quality to price ratio.

It is so easy to mix by using just shaker. It is a perfect texture when it's mixed with water. And o my god the taste and nutritional value is the best selling point. Muscle milk taste like you naughty full fat Chocolate milkshake and helps you recover after the most intense hard core training. Both me and my husband using it. For boys it is helps to grow body mass as part of protein reach diet plan. For girls it is helps to recover and stay lean. Happy training.
