I have to say, the performance of these Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean toothbrush heads is genuinely amazing. You can feel the difference immediately compared to other electric toothbrushes or older head designs. The way the twisted and angled bristles work feels incredibly effective, and my teeth have never felt cleaner after brushing at home. It gives you that "just left the hygienist" feeling, and you can tell it's doing a great job at plaque removal. The quality is undeniable, and they fit the iO brush perfectly, as you'd expect from the genuine brand. However, I've had to drop one star simply because of the price. They are astonishingly expensive for what they are—just replacement heads. While the clean is fantastic, the ongoing cost of replacing these every few months is a significant drawback and makes this a very premium product to maintain. Overall, they are 5-star in performance but 3-star in value. I've settled on 4 stars as a compromise. They're the best clean I've had, but I really wish they were more affordable.

Please don't bother with the cheap copies, they are dreadful quality. If you are paying £100's for a high-end toothbrush then it deserves the OEM brush heads. These work perfectly

Uso da tempo lo spazzolino Oral-B iO e queste testine “Ultimate Clean” fanno davvero la differenza. Le setole sono di ottima qualità, compatte ma delicate sulle gengive, e riescono a rimuovere la placca in profondità anche nei punti più difficili da raggiungere. Già dopo pochi utilizzi ho notato i denti più lisci e una sensazione di pulizia che dura tutto il giorno. Il design della testina si adatta perfettamente al movimento dello spazzolino, offrendo una pulizia efficace ma sempre delicata. La confezione da 6 è molto conveniente e garantisce una buona scorta per diversi mesi. Inoltre, l’imballo è pratico e le testine si inseriscono facilmente nel manico iO senza particolari sforzi. Infine, c’è da dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, soprattutto nella confezione da 6 pezzi. In conclusione, le testine Oral-B Ultimate Clean si sono rivelate davvero un ottimo acquisto. Offrono una pulizia profonda e delicata, durano a lungo e rendono lo spazzolino iO ancora più efficace. Le ricomprerò sicuramente.
