I cannot believe I didn’t find this product earlier. We have been battling discolored grout for years with mold and discoloration returning shortly after using other products. I will say this product does have a strong bleach odor but in order to get the best results this is what is needed. This product is so easy to apply and just let it sit and it’s like magic. My white grout returned within hours and my wife was amazed. No scrubbing was needed as is with other products that I have deemed useless. This product is a life saver as I was going to hire a professional grout cleaner but is no longer necessary with me finding this amazing product.

We had to clean a shower that was in rough shape and then sat unused for about 6 months. Regular bleach spray had no effect, so I got this gel to see if that would work. I am VERY impressed. I forgot to take a "before" photo. The first pic is from when I remembered, about 15 minutes after the first application. The shower started off black at all the seams and corners. The second photo shows how it looked the next morning, with no scrubbing. I rinsed out the tub, did a small amount of scrubbing, and then applied a second coat of this spray in a few spots. This product did 90% of the work on a job I was dreading. I will say that the gel drips a bit if you really lay it on, and you definitely need to wear gloves and old clothes when using it. I got some splashback that stained the shirt I was wearing since I was spraying the bottle pretty close to the affected areas. I also got a little bit on my arm and it burned (no mark or soreness after I washed it off), so wear long sleeves and pants and plan to shower off afterwards. The smell was strong but not overpowering and did not make me feel sick at all. I shut the door to the bathroom overnight, and the attached bedroom only got a little bit of the smell. Highly recommend using an exhaust fan and using this product when you are not going to be around for a bit. Great option overall and much less effort than I expected.

I am shocked at how well it worked. I sprayed my shower, went to bed and woke up this morning, the mold is gone. I was worried that it would never come clean. I tried proxide with cotton balls, it didn’t touch it. Scrubbing removed very little. The floor of my shower had mold I couldn’t get off at all. This stuff worked. It was pricy and I almost didn’t get it because it was over $30.00 a bottle with tax. But boy am I glad I did. If I spend $5-$6 a bottle of cleaner and it doesn’t work what have I saved. Also I didn’t get a headache or other side effects that some mentioned when I sprayed it last night. I did use gloves and I wore a mask. This morning when I touched up a couple of spots it did irritate my eyes a little, no mask on. But I turned on the vent fan and closed the door. Problem solved. This stuff is worth every penny I spent on it.

Super easy to use, works amazing! We've had stubborn mold and grime we haven't been able to get rid of-with ONE application it was gone! Sprayed on a dry shower at night, woke up the next morning to clean a clean shower!

The sprayer is useless. The gel is so viscid that it can't really get into it. I took it off and applied it by hand. BE SURE TO WEAR GLOVES IF YOU DO IT THIS WAY. The bleach smell is a bit overpowering, but it worked when many other products did not.

Excellent worked better than I thought. IN 2 hours it cleaned my tile let sit over 8 hours will purchase again ...truly.recommen

After reading reviews I had such high hopes. This product sprays like a gel so I thought it would actually work. Nope. Followed instructions. Dried the area. Sprayed at night to let sit over night and wipe away. This did not work at all. Still had to scrub, reapply, wait and scrub again. Still have mildew build up. Bleach is “just as effective” if you ask me.

This stuff works great, but it's pretty expensive and the bottle is small. If you're situation is bad, you have to use a lot so the value is a little iffy. I did purchase some mildew cleaner from Walmart for like 3 bucks and with multiple applications the results are similar. Both bottles just smell like bleach, but regular bleach doesn't get the same results so I don't know. I would purchase again if needed, but with regular maintenance you shouldn't need this stuff.
