How often or when should I replace the wick?

The week should be replaced when it is too short to reach the bottom of the tank. I trim mine whenever necessary, which usually lasts about a year.

have two chafing dishes that use denatured alcohol and wicks. I need to find repplacement wicks, can you help me?

Hello! I sell lighter wicks that measure 2 mm in diameter with a threaded core. They are used in IMCO Lighters as well as many other brands and are intended to be used with lighter fluid. I would be willing to send you a sample of the wick material if you can provide an address or you may purchase them from my Amazon store - Thunderhawk Collectables - under "IMCO Wired Wicks." These have the guide, which I don't think you need, so that's why I suggested sending you a sample. I hope this helps some! Thanks for your question!

Does these wicks work in the hand warmers?

No, the hand warmers don't require any wicks.

So what wick will work on a zippo lighter and a survival life match lighter?

Hello, this wick will work any every Zippo Lighter. I'm not sure if it would work on survival life match lighter- Thank you!
