I tryout the pills from a different supplier and saw no difference, but this cold pressed from this supplier is better! My blood pressure is down 15 point from bottom number 89 to 74 ! I take 1 spoon twice a day. Working great.

Product is good... taste is what you expect from black seed oil. The health benefits are countless. However this went from $37 to $52 which I still don't understand why.

Great addition to my diet.

Great product I won't go another day without it.This is one of the healthiest supplements you can take with turmeric,serrepeptase and Nattokinsea. Turmeric and black seed oil have been proven to analyze your diet and will even kill cancer by doing so while the other two will remove plaque from your blood,help you sinuses and joints and a 4 very potent antioxidants. Try them I was taking male hormones for a year along with this and NAC 600 each of them twice a day and my Dr was amazed at how healthy I was but I was also working out 3 to 4 days a week and for you that van mean walking a treadmill but I wanted to experiment. If you have issues with your liver NAC 600MG twice a day will help amazingly forget the other supplement people claims help your liver and the dad has made it so all red yeast rice cannot carry enough of the needed property to work as a statin so stay away from both. Research your supplements. Exactly it was The black seed oil that I wanted, but it was a bit more expensive than the price I bought it from the store+ 10 $ for shipping

All in all product is okay . But would be better if the bottle came with a sealer or if the bottle had a stopper . Spilled a little bit in the zip lock bag . So , the whole bottle is very oily .

This oil does not seem to have the same strong, pungent fragrance or taste that other brands have, however, it seems to do the trick both internally and externally.

As advertised. Good quality taste. The lid broke after reopening about 15 times so you have to tighten gently.
