Fittings.
Recd product of a different brand. Fittings supplied with it are of very poor quality.

Before packing the QC should reverify all.
Proper QC should be done as the key is too big in size, as I had one so could utilise the same.

I can't see any difference in water color
Firstly the wrench is missing, I contacted and got the full product replacement which cost me an additional plumber fee to fit and remove, I thought they will send only a new wrench but they sent the whole product so strange! See the attached photo of the filtered water in the overhead tank, I can't see any difference in the water colour but it filtered the fine sediments.
