can a beginner really make such pretty decorations or does it take a lot of practice?

I’m a beginner and had no problems after a few flowers.

Is there a coupler made to fit these tips?

It does NOT fit standard couplers- needs a large one.

Can you attach a plastic ziploc plastic bag to these?

It really needs a piping bag to hold them in place especially without a coupler.
