I loved this wax machine. I have the conair one I bought off at drug store and is not compare to this one. This one is so easy to use. Left my skin feeling smooth and hairless.

This was machine is garbage. It's cheaply made & dangerous. I have another waxer I was replacing just because this one was on sale. I highly recommend anyone buying a waxing kit get one with a digital temperature control (it's so much better). The machine is unstable the wax doesn't heat unless you crank it to to heat setting than you have scolding hot wax. The wax that came with this is like plastic not wax. It burns your skin and doesn't remove any hair. The wax reminds me of plastic you would make a child's toy with it's horrible and I am not over reacting it's BAD!!!

Wax beads are the worst. They dry very fast.from hot wax to rock hard, instantly. I could barely get the spread the wax off the spatula before it was literally stuck to my face. It was awkward to pull off hard wax off my face, it hurt and left my skin dry and blotchy!Wax Warmer is cheaply made. Don’t feel like it will last very long. Smelled burnt every time I turned it on. Don’t waste your money. Find good quality wax beads and warmer.
