As Advertised
Product came exactly as advertised and works in my IQ Air unit. I can't speak to as if it filters as well as the OEM brand or not but I don't notice a difference. I'm hopeful that it is just as good because the price sure was better and it seems to be just as good functionality wise also. I would recommend this for anyone looking to save some money on filters.

Affordable Option
I purchased your pre-filter about two years ago and it was a perfect fit. At the time you didn't have the HEPA option available. I just replaced both the pre-filter and HEPA with your product. Thank's so much for selling a more affordable option over the original filters. Both filters look very well made and fit perfectly. As for their effectiveness, well I have to trust you.

Not H12/H13 grade filter as advertised
Box of filter received does not say H12/H13 like the box advertised on website, and like the box I received from the original equipment manufacturer IQ***. Hepa filters are graded from H10 to the best H14. H13 can filter out more of the 0.001 micron particles which are more damaging to your lungs, than H10. The price saving is not worth the damages to your lungs.

used laser particulate meter to confirm performance
I previously used the IQAir brand HEPA filter, but wanted to see if a more affordable option could still perform as well. The readings on the initial IQAir HEPA filter (right on the outtake flow) were 0.4 ug/m^3 for both PM(2.5) and PM(10) particle size scales. Using this new PureIllusion HEPA filter, I obtained 0.5 ug/m^3 for PM(2.5) and 0.4 ug/m^3 for PM(10). For context, the ambient room readings were around 3 to 4 ug/m^3, and outside the readings were much higher. In summary, this filter appears to work just as well as the brand name.

Hepa filter
Well packaged and seems to work. This supposed to be a hepa filter and really can't tell if it's doing what it's supposed to do.
