I use this on the under shorts of my skorts. I simply sew it on to the bottom of the shorts to help keep them from creeping up my leg. When sewing it, I do cover the "grip" area with paper so my pressure foot doesn't stick. Seems to work for me. This is well made and a good price. I would buy again.

The gripper is good for the waist band inside t jeans. It helps keep your jeans in place around your waist.

Major problem of pants falling down. I have a torso like a barrel and no hips to cinch my belt around. I have some near public exposure disasters. I sewed this into my denim waistband and then went to the gym. Didn't have to adjust my waist band or belt even once. A great product. A little problem sewing the rubber side down. It really drags on the machine. I will add a removeable layer of tape for the next pair of pants. That should solve the drag problem.

I've sewn these on several bra straps that constantly slide off one of my shoulders after having shoulder surgery. Works better than any other solution I've tried. And I've tried a lot! It is a bit wider than some of my bra straps but I'm still able to use it.

Used on 3 Bali Comfort Revolution bras that I love except for the fact the band rolled up on all three. I pinned the nonslip elastic gripper strip to the band and sewed it with a zigzag stitch on my sewing machine. As other reviewers noted, the presser foot will not move across the silicon strips, so sew with the silicon strips against the feed dog of your machine. Easy fix, and plenty of elastic gripper strip left.

used this for making garter for the leg that has pockets so hold money and keys and the non slip elastic works great.

I used this elastic for several pairs of summer shorts to keep them from rolling up. It was easy to sew in place and it works great! No more rolling up. Highly recommend.

Package arrived nice an neat, it was easily sewn. I used it on the legs of snowpants and the underside of a bra band. I originally purchased it for promdresses that came into for alterations, this was superb for those dresses that needed extra grip to hold in place. As the product I ordered was a nude colour I was not limited to the colour of the dress providing it was secured in a location that was below the edge.

I wasn't expecting this elastic to be significantly different from any other sewing elastic I have used over the years, but in fact it surprised me. The first feature that caught my attention is the pattern of wavy sliicone lines on one side of the elastic. The silicone is not there just for appearance, it actually does add a feel of traction, or grip, to the surface of the elastic that I'm sure will help it to stay in place better than any plain elasticized fabric. Having said that, I want to point out that the pattern of wavy lines is quite shiny and pretty, and tends to reflect light very nicely. (I hope that shows up in the photo.) I think it makes this elastic reversible; use it with the silicone against skin or other fabric to keep it from sliding, or choose to display the silicone side for its decorative effect. Being two inches wide, this makes really good, reliable waist-band elastic, but it is so attractive that it could just as easily be used as a reversible belt to gather in a loose dress or blouse. With a generous six yards in the roll, there is enough to use in a variety of ways. I think it is a very nice product.

This product works perfectly for keeping your shirt tucked in!! I have had a local tailor sew this stuff in several pairs of my pants and I love it!
