The knives are good. There is no problem cutting vegetables and fruit. The serrated edge is sufficiently sharp. Quite happy with the blade length and performance.

I think this is a replacement to all kitchen knives. I tried quite many knives. But this one proved to be the best. This works best because of serrated edges. But don't worry, if after sometime it gets blunt, just rub it slantly across a carborundum stone and it gets sharp again. Cuts tomatoes exactly and smoothly, just imagine. But after a couple of months of regular usage, this too gets blunt and it has to be sharpened at home using a carborundum stone. Knife is strong and is best for a domestic kitchen. Don't buy just one, buy a pack.
